Thursday 4th October 2018

Erewash Museum, Hayloft Room, High Street, Ilkeston

The Information Cafes brings together two initiatives - Erewash Mental Health Partnership and Community Connectors - to provide people with information about local community and voluntary groups and activities in Erewash.

The Information Cafes are aimed at the general public, and will be an opportunity for people to find out about what is happening in the local area and how they can get involved. There will be access to information on a variety of volunteering opportunities, as well as information on a range of support services and community groups.

Jo Hallam and Catriona Paterson from Erewash Voluntary Action, who are leading both initiatives, will be joined by community connectors and mental health peer volunteers to provide information and guidance on local opportunities.

There will be no need to book, just drop in anytime between 11.00am and 1.00pm. Free tea, coffee and cake will also be available.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could display the attached poster, if appropriate, and share it via email and social media to your colleagues and stakeholders to help us promote the Information Cafes to people in the Erewash community.
Direct promotion to service receivers would be very helpful.

Please note:
The Information Cafés are primarily aimed at service receivers and the wider public. Therefore, we are not inviting organisations and groups to showcase their support services on this occasion. However, if we are not already aware of the services and support you provide, please feel free to forward us any relevant information.

Everyone Welcome
