Coronavirus (COVID-19)

OUR BUILDING IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE WITH REDUCED OPENING HOURS VIA TELEPHONE:
9am – 3.30pm M – F.

We insist that all staff, volunteers, service users, colleagues and others exercise common sense and caution in the following ways:

Help stop it spreading.  We all have a responsibility for containing the virus, so make yourself aware of (and follow) the latest NHS guidance on the symptoms, practical advice how you can avoid spreading the virus, and what to do if you think you may have Coronavirus, have been exposed to, it or have travelled to a high risk area. Current information and advice about all these things can be found on the NHS website at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

Don’t be a hero. If you are unwell with the symptoms linked to Coronavirus, please just let us know, and stay at home until your symptoms are gone. If you have other symptoms and are unfit for work or volunteering – report in by telephone. Please also let us know if someone from EVA is due to visit you and you are not well, so that we can cancel or reschedule the visit. This is always sensible and would apply in the case of any illness, not just Coronavirus. Remember we are connected to a wide network of people, some of whom are particularly vulnerable, and we need to avoid putting them at risk.

Tell us: If you are advised to self-isolate for any reason or if you or someone you have been in close contact with has the Coronavirus, please let us know as soon as possible so, that we can assess the risk and take advice on how to respond.
