Erewash Voluntary Action is leading the Connect Erewash
project on behalf of Derbyshire County Council Public Health.
Connect Erewash is a project to reduce isolation and
loneliness, and to work with communities and groups to identify activities to
help improve or reduce isolation in communities.
We would like to find out how you connect with other
people, barriers you experience and if you would like to get more involved in
your community.
Please complete the Connect Erewash questionnaire using the
online link to the survey. The questionnaire is short and will only take a few
minutes to complete. All completed
questionnaires will be entered into a prize draw for a £25 supermarket voucher.
